Encapsulating or Carolina Machine Finishing any and all wood products will not only extend the life and stability of the substrate, but will also significantly increase the life of the coating.

CMF specializes in the coating and supply of some of the finest preprimed and prestained wood products in the southeast. Our product offerings include, but are not limited to, the following species in a multitude of profiles for use as exterior siding, trim, and decking:

• Western Red Cedar (WRC)
• Inland Red Cedar (IRC)
• Cypress
• IPE (Brazilian Walnut)
• Garapa (Brazilian Ash)
• Tiger Wood (Brazilian Koa)
• #1 Southern Yellow Pine (SYP) KDAT (Kiln Dried After Treatment)

Our preprimed, prestained, and presealed exterior wood products can carry coating manufacturer's warranties of up to 25 years with certain coating applications. Please call our office to request your custom color coated samples to assist in the product and color selection process.
